Kevin is a 1982 graduate of the University of Scranton, a 1990 graduate of Seton Hall University College of Law, and a 1996 graduate of the U.S. Army’s Master of Laws program at the University of Virginia Law School. He is a candidate for Master in Entrepreneurial Management/Business Administration, Indiana University, Kelley School of Business (Direct).
With over 16 years of private legal practice, Kevin is the Managing Partner of Podlaski LLP. Prior to private practice, Kevin served in the U.S. Army for over 20 years as an Army Lawyer in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps (“JAG”) and was frequently assigned to Special Operations and Airborne units. A litigator at heart, Kevin has fought for clients in over 300 jury trials.
